BML concrete plants in Parçay-Meslay and in Sorigny were created to meet local requirements like the first tram network in Tours and TGV railway works (French high-speed train) connecting Tours to Bordeaux: Sud Europe Atlantique Tours-Bordeaux line:

• In Parçay-Meslay: concrete plant and aggregates merchant.
• In Sorigny: concrete plant, asphalt plant and aggregates merchant. The plant opened in April 2012.
